Abstract

In a recent paper, Mishra and Sahoo (1986) proposed a class of estimators for the population mean by considering suitable transformations on study variable and auxiliary variable. In this paper, the method of Mishra and Sahoo (1986) has been extended to the two stage sampling and three different classes of estimators have been developed.
