Statistical process control for Multiple Stream Processes is an important topic in the field of statistical quality control and in the literature there are interesting papers. In this article the methodology called Group Control Chart is used in a case study. The purposes of this study are: to verify technical feasibility of this kind of statistical control; to examine the potential problems and suggest the suitable solutions; to understand the impact on the firm performance of an extensive application of the monitoring procedure.Downloads
