On Amato Herzel’s perequation theorem

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to show the importance of Herzel’s perequation theorem in finite population sampling. We show that Rao-Blackwell’s theorem is a corollary of the above mentioned perequation theorem and we refer to it as a pseudo cluster sampling.
