Abstract

With the approval of the deontological Code for the treatment of personal data for scientific and statistical research, a phase of uncertainty and ambiguity in the management of sensitive health data was finally ended. The integration of the regulations for medicalm bio-medical and epidemiological research, agreed upon and/or proposed by Scientific societies, harmonize the right of privacy with the principle of free research, in the interest of all people to achieve and/or keep an optimal health state.
