Treatment of non-response in successive sampling

Estimators of the population mean have been presented for sampling on two successive occasions when there is non-response in the sample. These estimators have been derived using the Hansen and Hurwitz (1946) procedure for treating non-response. The estimators were found to be more efficient than the Hansen-Hurwitz estimator.How to Cite
