Abstract

This paper presents an improvement of randomized response model considered by Greenberg et al. (1971) for estimation of mean of sensitive variables. The proposed modification is for quantitative characters analogous to Mangat and Singh's (1990). The present modification yields an estimator which is always more precise than the one due to Greenberg et al. (1971).
