Abstract

The paper considers the problem of finding optimum strata boundaries (OSB) when the samples from different strata are selected with simple random sampling and with replacement (SRSWR) and the data are collected by scrambled randomized response technique on the sensitive character. The paper proposes a rule for finding approximately optimum strata boundaries (AOSB).
