Some hints for statistical analysis of vector data
AbstractWhen performing quantitative analysis of some physical phenomena it is sometimes necessary to deal with vector data. This study concerns analytical and graphical repre-sentation of angular data, by mean of an extension of Beta distribution family, as well as spatial analysis of vector variables. Specifically, vector extensions of some well-known spatial interpolation methods are proposed, such as kriging and cokriging.
